• Where is the best place to put my inflatables?

The best place to put an inflatable is on flat, even ground. Gyms are preferred. Grass is best, and parking lots are OK too.

 

• Will I have to provide power for the event?

Power for the event is provided by you. Each Inflatables must be within 100 ft of an electrical outlet ON SEPARATE CIRCUITS/BREAKERS. Generators are always available for $49

• How long can i have the inflatable?

Our inflatables are available for one day rentals. We will usually drop the inflatable off in the morning and Pick up when the event is over (Before Dark). If an inflatable package is rented, our event coordinators will stay on site to ensure everything runs smoothly.

 

• What do I have to do when i rent for an event?

Be it a small or large event, you as a customer must provide an operator for each inflatable or concession.  We ask that each volunteer is at the assigned piece so that they can be trained properly in the operation and safety of each piece.

 

• How far will you travel?  

Delivery within 25 miles is free! We will deliver anywhere outside of 25 Miles for $2.50 a mile ROUND TRIP.

Miles from warehouse (28791) doubled, 25 miles subtracted and then multiplied by $2.50.  Same rule applies with inflatable Packages.                               

 

• What is your weather policy? 
  

We don't have one! Cancel or reschedule anytime (up to the day of the event if you can). We will deliver unless you say otherwise. 

• Can i setup on concrete or gravel? 
  

YES!  However. Please note that gravel, concrete, pavement or dirt may require ground covers and/or sandbags in place of stakes to anchor the inflatable down. Sandbags are $7.50 ea (minimum 4)   Ground covers range from $5-$15ea.                     

 

• Will i get a refund if i cancel?
  

Since you don't pay until setup, you don't have to worry about a refund. 

 

• Do i need to sign the contract and send it back?
  

No! We will have a hard copy on site for you to sign. Payment is due at that time. .
